In this project, I was employed to create a series of comic books based on the adventures of Dr. Marcus Gino & Gina as they travel back in time and explore history & science with famous historical people.
We wanted to make the comic books humorous and playful as the reader audience is group is 9+. Each book is 8-10 Pages or 4-5 spreads in total. I was involved in conceptualizing the storyboard and then I proceeded to create the page layout, characters, B&W drawings, lettering and colour version. I did not create the characters Gino & Gino nor the Time travel title, the copyrights belong to my client. The entire project was created digitally.
Let us travel back in time and explore the past along with characters such as: Pythagoras, Archimedes, Da Vinci, Newton and James Watt!
